Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 bunch fresh broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Cook chicken breast, skin and bone.
Cut into chunks.
Cook broccoli until crisp-tender; drain.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Place chicken chunks on top of the broccoli.
Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and spread over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and almonds.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
