Belgian Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk (save white)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg white, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat waffle maker. Put all ingredients (except egg white) in a large bowl; beat on low speed until moistened. Then increase speed to medium; beat until smooth. By hand, gently fold in beaten egg whites. Pour batter by 1/2 cup. Close lid and bake.
