Plott'S Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepepr
1 c. canned tomatoes
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 small or medium yellow onion
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls. Heat butter in
frying
pan.
Fry
them
and keep turning them over until they are brown.
Heat is about medium.
Makes 40 to 50 meatballs or 4 pans full.
