Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced carrots
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. diced cheese (Cheddar or Longhorn)
    3 c. herbed croutons
    1/4 c. cooking water
    salt and pepper as you desire
Preparation
    Cook carrots just until tender.
    Drain, reserving water. Saute onion in butter.
    Combine carrots and onion with remaining ingredients.
    Bake in greased casserole at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
