Crab Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick celery, minced
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 cans (7 oz.) crabmeat
    1/2 c. thick white sauce
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. cracker meal
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oil; drain. Combine with crabmeat, white sauce, eggs, seasonings and cracker meal.
    Fry in deep hot shortening at 375\u00b0 until brown.
