Quick Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    2 lb. hamburg
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Chop cabbage; spread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown meat and onion in large skillet; stir in rice, pepper and salt.
    Spoon mixture over cabbage.
    In small pan heat tomato soup and water until hot.
    Pour over all ingredients.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese (Cheddar).
    Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
