Carrot Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, finely grated
    1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 c. ground pecans
    1/2 c. relish
    some garlic salt
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix and refrigerate 12 hours.
    I make ribbon sandwiches. These are delicious and it can be frozen and used a couple days later.
    Great for a wedding reception.
