Korean Barbecue Beef (Boul-Koh-Kee) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. rib roast beef, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. cooking wine
1/3 c. sesame oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. Sprite or carbonated lemon beverage
Preparation

Add water and sugar to beef and mix very gently by hand. Combine remaining ingredients and again mix gently with the beef. Barbecue on a grill, broil, or sizzle in a hot pre-heated ungreased skillet.
