1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1/4 c. soft butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 small pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix together.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Cut into serving pieces when cooled.
