Fresh Green Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Serrano chilies, chopped
yellow chilies, chopped
green peppers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
fresh or powdered garlic
tomatoes, iced
salt to taste
fresh cilantro or oregano (optional)
Preparation

Cook chilies together until soft.
Mix together onion, garlic and salt. Add cooked chilies and tomatoes. Blend well.
If too thick or hot, add more water.
