Old Fashioned Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing chicken, cut in pieces
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 whole eggs
Preparation
    Simmer chicken slowly, until tender, in salted water to cover. Cut margarine into flour and eggs; mix well.
    Roll thin as for pastry.
    Cut in narrow strips.
    Drop into boiling water with chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until done.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
