Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. zucchini
    salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick oleo
    3/4 c. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
Preparation
    Slice zucchini thin.
    Boil with salt and water for 5 minutes. In a saucepan combine chicken soup (undiluted), onions, carrots and sour cream.
    Cook a few minutes until hot.
    Mix oleo and stuffing mix, then put 1/2 of it between layers of zucchini and the rest on top.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
