Cool Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 to 10 large ripe tomatoes, peeled
    4 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
    1 large onion, minced
    2 large green peppers, finely chopped
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 or tomato juice
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    dash of Tabasco (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients in a large container and chill at least 2 hours.
    Serves 20 (1/2 cup) servings.
