Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
    1 large grated onion
    1/2 jar pimento pieces
    1 large green pepper, diced fine
    1/2 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 small can Mexicorn
Preparation
    Mix corn meal and flour.
    Whisk eggs.
    Add all other ingredients to cornmeal mixture and mix until wet.
    Pour into a greased cast-iron skillet; bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
