Turtle (Land Variety) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium turtles
Preparation
    Drop turtles into boiling water.
    Boil 1 hour.
    Remove from pot and take skin off of legs and feet.
    In fresh boiling water, cook 1 1/2 hours.
    Once the turtles cool, clean thoroughly.
    Cut into pieces.
    Add vegetables to make stew.
