Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise, salad dressing or yogurt
Preparation
    Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves.
    Slip out yolks; mash them with a fork.
    Mix in salt, mustard, pepper and mayonnaise. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly.
    (You may add chopped pickles or chopped olives to yolk mixture.) Arrange eggs on serving plate.
    Cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours.
    Serves 6.
