Hash Brown And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned
    1 lb. pkg. shredded hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can of water
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spray an 8 x 12 casserole dish with nonstick spray. Place potatoes in bottom of pan. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with sausage. In a saucepan, combine soup, water and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Add sour cream. Pour over sausage and potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
