Tomato Ketchup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bushel tomatoes
8 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 pt. vinegar (3 c.)
Preparation

Bring to a
good
boil.
I then add a little thickening of clear jell.
Bottle and seal.
Makes approximately 14 bottles.
