Turkey Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    2 c. milk
    2 c. chopped turkey
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. flour
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, stir together milk, salt and pepper. Mix flour and water in shaker; shake well.
    Add flour mixture to milk and add butter.
    On medium-high heat, heat until becomes thickened.
    Stir in turkey.
