Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can drained sweet peas
3 boiled eggs
4 inch block of Velveeta cheese (diced)
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Grate boiled eggs into a bowl; add cheese, onion, and mayonnaise. Stir; add peas, salt, and pepper to taste.
