Avocado Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 avocado, pitted and mashed
1 hard-boiled egg yolk, mashed
1 fresh green pepper, chopped
1 scallion, chopped
1 hard-boiled egg white, chopped
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix the avocado
and egg yolk thoroughly.
Add the rest of the ingredients and season to taste.
Serve as a sauce with meat and poultry.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
