Praline Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box butterscotch pudding mix
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 1/2 cups pecans (pieces and halves)
Preparation
    Combine pudding mix, evaporated milk, white sugar, brown sugar, and butter in sauce pan.
    Stir and cook over low heat until sugar melts.
    Add pecans and boil slowly until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water or reaches 234-238\u00b0 on a candy thermometer.
    Remove from heat and beat for a few minutes.
    Pour onto waxed paper by spoonfuls to cool.
