Mexican Campfire Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 cans corn
    2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    In a large, heavy kettle (over campfire), brown meat and onion; drain.
    Add seasoning mix, tomatoes and corn.
    Bring to a boil.
    Mix the corn muffin mix as package directs.
    Drop by spoonfuls on boiling mixture.
    Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
