Tuna And Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. herb and butter rice, cooked
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease a small casserole dish with fairly high sides.
    In bottom, layer thawed and drained frozen spinach.
    Mix 3/4 cup sour cream with the cooked rice and layer over spinach.
    Flake tuna over rice.
    Spread remaining sour cream over tuna and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Warm completely covered in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
