Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. minced onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Drain.
    Cool, peel and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Cook 2 cups cheese and butter until melted. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. Pour in potatoes and fold.
    Pour into baking pan.
    Top with 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
