Pineapple Parfait - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. vanilla ice cream or ice milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
graham cracker ready crust
Preparation

Soften ice cream.
In a separate bowl mix 1 cup hot water with Jell-O.
Add soft ice cream and mix.
Then add pineapple juice only and mix.
Refrigerate until it thickens.
Add pineapple and mix.
Pour into graham cracker crust pan.
Refrigerate until thick.
Slice and enjoy.
