No Knead Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 to 7 c. sifted plain flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar, salt and 1/2 of the flour.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add eggs and shortening and mix well. Beat in remaining flour.
    Cover with a damp cloth and store in refrigerator.
    Punch down dough about twice a day (in the morning and before bed).
    Dough will keep between one and two weeks. About 2 hours before baking, make out rolls in shape desired and place on greased pan.
    Let rise in draft free, warm place covered with a dry cloth.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
