Spinach Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 stick butter or margarine
1 large pkg. cream cheese
salt, pepper and nutmeg
1 can artichoke hearts
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in frying pan and cook spinach until it is thawed. Add cream cheese and stir until it is melted.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Place artichoke hearts in a greased, flat casserole.
Put spinach on top and cover with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Good with beef or pork.
