Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    1 box Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice (without seasoning packet)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Cook green pepper, onion and celery until limp.
    Add to sausage.
    Mix rice, soups, mushrooms and liquid together.
    Add to sausage mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Last 5 minutes of cooking, add cheese to top and melt.
