Clams Casino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    little neck clams
    red pepper, chopped fine
    green pepper, chopped fine
    onion, chopped fine
    8 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/2 fresh squeezed lemon (juice)
    bacon strips, cooked and broken into pieces
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Steam clams until open; separate into halves.
    Mix peppers, onion, Tabasco sauce and lemon.
    Put pepper mixture onto each clam.
    Top each clam with bacon and cheese.
    Pop into oven for a few minutes until cheese melts.
