Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large fresh mushrooms
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
    3 or 4 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash and dry mushrooms.
    Remove stems.
    Soften cream cheese. Stir in mushroom stems (finely chopped), walnuts, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce.
    Fill each mushroom with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture.
    Microwave, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Check and turn after 2 minutes.
    Makes 12 appetizers.
