Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 medium bananas, sliced
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. mace
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In
    lavae
    mixing bowl cream sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs and
    lemon juice.
    Beat well.
    Add mashed bananas.
    Sift together flour, mace, baking powder and soda.
    Add to creamed mixture. Fold
    in
    nuts.
    Bake
    in
    Bundt
    pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until
    cake
    tests done.
    Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Turn on serving plate and top with lemon or vanilla glaze.
