Banana Carrot Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 large eggs
    3 bananas, mashed (about 1 c.)
    1 c. finely shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, allspice and set aside.
    Combine sugar, oil and vanilla in a bowl and beat until well blended.
    Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Blend in flour mixture alternately with the mashed bananas at low speed.
    Stir in shredded carrots and walnuts, mixing thoroughly.
    Turn into well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes or until it tests done.
