Peanut Butter Cup Tassies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 bag (36) miniature peanut butter cups
Preparation

Cream sugars, oleo, peanut butter, vanilla and egg together. Then add flour salt and soda.
Roll into about 36 balls.
Put balls in small tassie pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Put a peanut butter cup in the center as soon as they come out of the oven.
Press down into center (the cookie will come up around sides).
Let them cool in pans completely before removing.
