Homestyle Short Ribs(Slo-Cooker Pot) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. short ribs (if you can buy the boneless meat, order 2 1/2 to 3 pounds)
4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 large carrots, peeled and cut in chunks
1 onion, sliced
2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 c. beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Brown ribs well.
Place potatoes, carrots and onion in slow cooking pot.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Place ribs in cooker and pour mixture over them.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until meat is tender.
