1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

First Layer:
Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread nuts over butter. Cover with coconut.
