Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour, plain
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 to 6 bananas
    bag of vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt together; add milk and bring to a boil in a heavy sauce pan.
    Pour some of the hot liquid into egg yolks beating as you do so.
    Return all of it to the sauce pan and mix well as you are adding it.
    Cook as you stir until it begins to bubble.
