Steak And Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. red wine
    salt and pepper to own desire
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Remove any fat from meat, then cut into serving slices.
    Line a roaster pan with the steak, salt and pepper.
    Spread the cream of mushroom soup on top of meat.
    Sprinkle flour over soup.
    Pour wine over flour.
    Cover roaster and put into oven at 400\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or until the meat is tender.
    Makes its own gravy.
