Foccacio Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. tomato gravy
Preparation
    Put 2 cups tepid water in bowl.
    Add yeast and let dissolve. Add 3 cups flour, sugar, salt, olive oil and vegetable oil.
    Beat with mixer until dough pulls away from bowl.
    Then add 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Beat to a glossy glow.
    Allow dough to rise for about an hour.
    Punch dough down, cover and allow to rise again.
    Knead dough with hands.
