Cherry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. white cake mix
    1 small can pie cherries
    1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, sour cream and egg whites with a fork until blended.
    May still be a little crumbly.
    Spread into jellyroll pan.
    (A butter knife dipped into water works great for spreading dough.)
    Distribute pie cherries evenly over entire batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
