Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    4 c. coconut bread, cubed, or 4 c. white bread, cubed
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. light cream
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in a well-greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8. Good served with baked ham.
