Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    1 (No. 303) can sauerkraut
    1 small onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
    water to dilute soup
Preparation
    Remove cabbage core with sharp knife and scald in hot water. Remove a few leaves at a time and trim thick ridge from back of leaves to make it easier for rolling.
    Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Combine onion with the meat, rice, egg and seasonings and mix well.
