Squash Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed squash
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can condensed chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
2 Tbsp. diced pimento
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook squash in salted water about 5 minutes and drain.
Butter medium size baking dish lightly.
Alternate layers of squash, soup (undiluted), almonds, pimento and dot with butter.
Cover with bread crumbs and bake in 375\u00b0 oven, depends on your stove (approximately 20 minutes).
Makes 6 servings.
