Easy Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit (peaches, cherries, blueberries or fruit cocktail works great too)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine in deep ovenproof dish.
    Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk and vanilla flavoring (almond is good with cherries) to make a batter (pancake consistency).
    Pour over melted margarine.
    Gently pour in fruit - juice and all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes until top is browned.
