Fried Fish (Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. mashed potato flakes
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
Preparation
    Mix together the flakes, oil and seasonings.
    Coat both sides of fish.
    Place on ungreased nonstick baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    May use for chicken or pork chops, etc.
