Cranberry-Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oranges
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Section oranges; dice finely and drain.
    Dissolve Jell-O and salt in boiling water.
    Stir cranberry sauce until smooth; blend into gelatin with orange rind.
    Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in diced orange and nuts.
    Chill.
