Cinnamon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf white bread (with all crusts cut off)
    1 egg yolk
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the egg yolk, 1/4 cup sugar and cream cheese until well blended.
    Roll each slice of bread completely flat with a rolling pin.
    Spread mixture lightly onto each slice.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and set aside.
    Combine 1/4 cup of sugar and cinnamon. Roll the bread slices into the melted butter and then into the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
    Spray a baking sheet with a nonstick spray and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
