Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery
3 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. fresh, buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix soup, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mayonnaise; add remaining ingredients and cover with bread crumbs.
Bake in 7 x 11-inch baking dish 20 minutes at 425\u00b0, or until piping hot.
