Breaded Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, cut 1-inch (2 1/2 cm) thick
    1 1/4 c. Italian dry bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine the lemon juice, 1/3 cup olive oil, salt and pepper. Marinate chops in mixture for 2 hours.
    Drain the chops and pat them dry on paper towels.
