Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese, heat to lukewarm
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
18 c. bread flour (you can substitute 3 to 4 c. of a novelty flour, such as whole wheat, oatmeal, corn meal; too much of a good thing and those smart students won't eat it)
4 Tbsp. yeast
3/4 c. honey*
6 3/4 c. water
6 Tbsp. oil or butter
